Ruby Saltbush

Used as a snack by the Kaurna people due to the salty and sweet fruit.
Bright Yellow, Hot Pink, Scarlet, Red and Orange flowers would emerge in summer.
The Ruby Saltbush can be found in the northern Adelaide plains.
Many native birds and insects eat the fruit and spread the seeds.
